As a Highly Sensitive Person who struggled with chronic illness conditions that made it hard to thrive in my life and career, I've been where you are...frustrated, overwhelmed, and really low on energy.
I struggled with Migraines, Hypothyroidsm, IBS, Cystic Acne, Reflux, Food Allergies & Sensitivities, Anxiety, Depression, and the occasional bout of passing out... It was STRESSFUL! I spent years running to doctor's appointments, undergoing tests, taking medications and supplements only to get (what felt like) halfway to wellness. I never consistently felt energized, empowered and healthy for an extended period of time... Until...
I learned that I had to approach my wellness differently - my foundational health HAD to be a priority. None of the meds, supplements, or talk therapy would be truly effective if I didn't have a strong base in place.
Once I figured out how to curate the most effective wellness 'toolbox' for myself, and I mastered the art of applying the tools at the right times to get the best results (unique to my body), I finally had a strong foundation. I was more resilient to life's tough stuff. Supplements, medication, and therapy worked better, and I began to feel the health, vibrancy, and joy I knew was always meant for me.

I had IBS. I had gut problems since I was a kid. I did several tests and we never had the answer of what I have. It was only, "We don't know what you have. It will pass." (and stuff like that.) Getting into my 20's, I started feeling really tired because I didn't know what to eat anymore and was always in pain. It wasn't a life. I couldn't continue living like that, so I started to do research. I did FODMAP at some point. It helped for a while, but then I was like, I'm always restricting myself. I cannot eat so many things, and It was really hard for me to cook at my own place or even eat out with family and my friends. So I was really in pain. I couldn't eat healthy. I couldn't eat what I wanted and it was really depressing for me. And it affected my social life as well because I always had stress while I was traveling and going out with my friends. Would I be sick? Would I need the bathroom? It was always so many questions in my head before I leave the house.
Going through the program and now I feel really good. Oh my gosh it changed my life! Honestly, the fact I can eat healthy is amazing. I've always been someone that wanted to take care of myself and eating healthy is a part of that. I just couldn't before. So now I can eat all the veggies that I want because before I could eat maybe two or three veggies. Now I can eat all the leafy greens... broccoli... everything that I want... garlic!. I mean, I'm lebanease and I couldn't eat garlic so it was impossible. I can eat garlic. I can eat all the beans, lentils, chickpeas, everything that I want.
It changed my life because I had so much food fear before and now I don't have it anymore. I know I can eat everything that I want now because my body can take it.

Kathryn has helped me in tremendous ways. One of my main takeawyas is that Kathryn helps youlive a life where you listen to your body in regards to food and what you're doing. By doing that, you can live a super abundant life vs. feeling in a box, super restricted. Before this, I was on a super restrictive diet and treatment plan, so I know what it feels like to feel restricted and if you do something wrong it's the end of the world. When I met Kathryn, I had been on several different ADHD meds for 12 years and struggling for countless before. It was hard to focus in high school, I ended up cheating on more tests and assignments than I'd like to admit, and it took me twice as long as my peers to complete work. When I found ADHD meds in college, I was relieved. I thought I would finally be able to function like other people....efficiently. While the meds helped me through law school and the beginnings of a demanding career, I felt terrible on them, and ended up trading one set of symptoms for another. I lost all hunger cues and would struggle to eat enough to power me through the day. I was going to the gym but couldn't put on muscle. I never felt satiated in my free time after work, which significantly affected my sleep. I was constantly wired before bed, but could fall asleep in the middle of a sentence. I couldn't get my body to sleep more than 5 hours. I didn't have the energy to engage with friends or family because I was chronically fatigued. I was never not tired. I turned to using weed at night to get back to a level of "happy" that seemed like most people's baseline. Life felt difficult and depressing. I figured these were the cards I had been dealt, and the best I could do was put my head and shoulders down and charge through embracing the "suck".
After Kathryn helped me make changes to my diet, sleep habits, exercise routine, and mindset, I was able to come off of meds. I was nervous because I didn't want to risk negatively affecting a career that I had worked so hard for, but she was there to assure me and support me every step of the way. We made a lot of changes in a short period of time. It wasn't necessarily easy, but it was worth it. I have normal hunger cues, so I can eat enough to put on weight at the gym. I've put on and maintain a steady "extra" 10lbs like I had wanted to do since starting to lift for sports in highschool. I have the flexibility to spread my work out throughout the course of the day, which gives me more control of my schedule both personal and professional. I work (almost) twice as efficiently, so I can get more work done in a shorter period of time. I sleep for 7+ hours every night. I have extra energy to give to people I care about, and am not needing to turn down invitations to socialize, (though I still do). I'm calmer. While I once enjoyed a steady buzz of background TV, music, etc., now I crave silence and get overwhelmed by the overstimulating amount of noise I used to crave.
I never thought this would be possible. I feel like a totally different person. I haven't felt this alive, happy, and excited to wake up every day since I was a little kid.

“I was drawn to working with Kathryn on a one on one level when the opportunity arose because working from “Within” resonated with me so strongly.. My body needed a factory reset and I knew that the button lay somewhere inside me.. I just needed help finding it. I don't currently take insurance, however, some Health Savings Accounts (HSA and FSAs) can be used to pay for health coaching.
The program is a 3 month program (12 weeks long). We meet once per week for 1 hour.

After filling out the form/sending an email, you'll receive a return email from Kathryn with a calendar link to book your appointment, a link for payment, and a link to fill out a health history form within 24-48 hrs (M-F)
Yes! A legal guardian is required to be present for the entirety of the sessions and is the direct point of contact for all communication that happens outside of sessions.
My job is NOT to hand you a generic prescriptive set of rules to follow, things to eat, habits to adopt. That would only address surface level concerns and be helpful temporarily. We need to go deeper. My job is to help you address your health challenges at their foundation by implementing healthy changes unique to your bio-individuality, schedule and preferences so you feel equipped, empowered, and resilient in the face of current and future health challenges.
I will help you better understand the signs and signals of your body, increase your confidence in addressing those signs and signals with the appropriate wellness tools, and reframe your relationship to your goals and challenges.
