I burnt out in college and struggled through the early years of a corporate career.
Though I had a high-achieving academic background, when I went to college I was overwhelmed by the BIG life changes and the pressure to make BIG life decisions. I had also been dealing with chronic illness, and struggled to balance it all.
When I entered the corporate world, I noticed others were also struggling to manage their foundational health needs, while trying to navigate big life events at home and climb the corporate ladder.
I knew I couldn't continue to struggle and watch others do the same. Inspired by my own challenges, and armed with an arsenal of wellness tools, I embarked on a journey to help others build stronger health foundations.
I've coached for a well known company pioneering nutritional behavior change, taught University Wellness Workshops, and led private clients through health transformations.
I combine my Business, Integrative Nutrition, and Yoga education with Process Improvement and Change Management (ADKAR) training to create programs that drive results at both an organizational and individual level.
